Dubai Opera, in collaboration with Encore Performing Arts, one of the leading performing arts company in Dubai specialising in classical music and the arts, present the gala opening performance of its Global Notes Series with the German violinist Linus Roth and Russian pianist Boris Kusnezow for an exclusive concert in Dubai Opera Studio.

Global Notes is a new concert series dedicated to celebrating the vibrant tapestry of cultural diversity and supporting young musicians from around the world.

The talented Linus Roth is celebrated for his stylistic knowledge and his open, charismatic personality. For Linus’s debut concert at Dubai and following his recent concerts at London’s Wigmore Hall, he will be performing a sublime repertoire of compelling pieces from Brahms to Bartok highlighting his virtuosic and dynamic musicality.

Linus Roth has made a name for himself internationally, not just with his acclaimed work in core repertoire, but also with his discovery/rediscovery of works that have undeservedly fallen into oblivion. He received the ECHO KLASSIK Award as 'Best Newcomer' 2006 for his début CD on EMI and was awarded his second ECHO award in 2017. Accompanying him, Boris Kusnezow is one of the most sought-after collaborative pianists of his generation. Boris performs with eminent instrumentalists and singers worldwide. His performances have taken him to renowned concert venues such as the Carnegie Hall in New York, the Kioi-Hall in Tokyo, the Munich Gasteig and the Berlin Philharmonie.

Don’t miss this opportunity to see the world's most talented artists at the first of many concerts of the series, Global Notes.
