We strongly advise customers not to purchase from any other source to avoid the risk of fraud. Customers who purchased tickets from an unauthorized seller may find those tickets invalid and be denied entry to Dubai Opera.

When the ticketing system is unable to locate a sufficient number of available tickets, you will receive the message “Unable to obtain the tickets you requested”.

Other customers may be in the process of completing their transaction on all remaining tickets, or the number of tickets requested is greater than the maximum available adjacent seats. Please try again, or try reducing the number of tickets you have selected.

This message is displayed when there are either an inadequate number of tickets to fulfil a request for adjacent seats eg. four tickets have been requested yet there are no more than three seats next to each other in the Venue, or all the tickets that were available have been selected by other customers and they are in the process of completing their transaction.

An event is also displayed as “Sold Out” when all transactions for Dubai Opera’s entire available tickets have been completed. However, if a customer does not complete their transaction, tickets are then released back and become available for another customer to select. This is why on rare occasions, “Sold Out” can be seen yet shortly after, the event is back on sale.

When booking online you are offered the next best available seating in your chosen category.  You will then have an opportunity to move your seats in any available section that matches the selected price category.  Please visit the Dubai Opera Box Office if you would like assistance with booking specific seats.
