Box Office

The registered patron is the only person authorised to collect tickets purchased online. If the registered patron is unable to attend an event and is authorising another person to collect the tickets on their behalf, they must complete a Letter of Authorisation which can be obtained by emailing [email protected]. This must be pre-arranged prior to the show.
To collect your tickets, the purchaser of the tickets must present the following at the Box Office: • Customer Purchase Email Receipt • Credit Card used to purchase tickets • Photo ID
No, your print at home or mobile tickets are valid for entry. Simply present these to the ushers scanning tickets upon entry to the Venue. No need for you to visit box office.
Our Box Office opening hours: 11am to 8pm for walk-in customers or you can email boxoffice@dubaiopera and our team will be happy to help.
Dubai Opera Box Office is located in Opera Plaza on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. Box Office will be operational daily from 11am – 8pm.
