The 14th InClassica International Music Festival, organised by SAMIT Event Group, continues on Tuesday, 15th April 2025, as acclaimed Uzbek pianist Behzod Abduraimov, widely regarded as one of the leading piano stars of his generation, takes to the stage of the illustrious Dubai Opera, joined by the renowned Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by renowned conductor and Founder and Music Director of the Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra, Marios Papadopoulos for an evening of classical music excellence. The concert opens with Alexey Shor’s Piano Concerto No. 1, an emotionally-charged composition showcasing the composer’s flair for melody, expression and orchestral texture. Following the intermission, the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra will perform one of the cornerstones of the symphonic repertoire, Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7 in A major, Op. 92, a melodically rich and beautifully exuberant piece delivering a powerful conclusion to the evening.
