Our safety measures have changed, yes, but the magic, passion and creativity, are all still there as per the Dubai Opera standards that you have become accustomed to. Our team is redefining our hygiene and safety standards, from booking process to dining and seating measures. Your safety is our priority. And with this in mind, we have implemented a whole new hygienic system to create a healthy environment that will complement our shows. General Health & Safety Measures:
Temperature checks are required prior to entering the building
Wearing a face mask is mandatory at all times even inside the auditorium, gloves are optional
Sanitize your hands using the sanitizers provided
Keep a social distance of 2 metres apart
When queuing, Please stand on the sticker placed on the ground
Contactless payments are recommended for tickets, F&B and merchandise purchases
Compliance with the stated safety measures is legally required in all areas within the venue
Ticketing:
Buying tickets online is recommended
Please choose mobile ticket or e-ticket delivery method
The maximum number of seats that can be selected online is up to 4 seats. Please email boxoffice@dubaiopera.com if your group is larger
Please make your seat selection strictly based on your group size (1, 2, 3 or 4). Please ensure no empty seat remains next to your selection
Social distancing will be maintained inside the auditorium, please sit in your assigned seat only
Families are allowed to sit together (a maximum of 4 people)
Precautionary Measures:
We have limited our seating capacity
Only disposable cutlery will be used
Rigorous sanitization routines will be implemented at all touchpoints
For sanitization and cleaning we are strictly using materials which are approved by Dubai Municipality
Sanitizers are placed around the venue
Staff will be wearing masks and gloves at all times
Staff temperatures will be checked regularly
Staff will maintain high levels of personal hygiene
The above precautions will be changed in case of any new requirements from relevant authorities
Dubai Opera follows strict guidelines and rules of social distancing imposed by the Authorities in Dubai and the UAE, and have actively taken reasonable measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. You are kindly requested to follow all these rules and guidelines diligently to sustain a healthy and safe entertainment place in this unique environment. Your participation as well as the participation of your family members in the venue will be at your own risk and liability.
