A brand new chamber-music concert series bringing prominent artists from all over the world to Dubai Opera. Curated by internationally renowned pianist, Amira Fouad, Music in the Studio is set in our acoustically flawless Studio located within Dubai Opera, allowing for a more atmospheric and unmissable experience between the musicians and their audiences.

Violinist Tasmin Little and Pianist Piers Lane

Tasmin Little and Piers Lane will be featuring music from their newly-released CD including the captivating Sonata for Violin and Piano by Caesar Franck.

Having established herself as one of today’s leading international violinists, Tasmin Little remains one of the few violinists to perform Ligeti’s challenging Violin Concerto and has performed this work at the Berlin Philharmonie, New York Carnegie Hall, Salzburg Festival, BBC Proms and Amsterdam Concertgebouw.

Five times soloist at the BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall, Piers Lane’s concerto repertoire exceeds ninety works and has led to engagements with many of the world’s great orchestras.

Soprano Rhian Lois and Pianist Amira Fouad

Welsh soprano Rhian Lois has performed to great acclaim on the English National Opera stage in roles such as Adele Die Fledermaus, Nerine in Charpentier’s Medea and Atalanta Xerxes.

At Music in the Studio she brings a varied programme of her best-loved composers including Mozart and some festive music to celebrate the season.
