Young musicians from 28 nations united by a sense of a shared cultural heritage and a common cultural vision.

From Amsterdam to New York, Moscow to Mumbai, Seoul to São Paolo and beyond, the European Union Youth Orchestra has performed in 43 countries, 177 cities and 224 venues, including many of the world’s greatest concert halls including the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, the Edinburgh, Lucerne and Salzburg festivals, the BBC Proms and now Dubai Opera.

Under the baton of Vasily Petrenko, one of the most sought-after, dynamic, young conductors and winner of Male Artist of the Year at the Classical Brit Awards, the European Union Youth Orchestra blends the exceptional individual skills and distinct personalities of its members into an orchestral harmonious performance. EUYO’s Chief Conductor Vasily Petrenko was also recently awarded 2017 Gramophone Artist of the Year. Complementing this line-up is critically acclaimed young Jordanian pianist soloist Karim Said.
